Most in-stock furniture items are delivered within 7-14 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 4-8 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
Do you offer white-glove delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer a premium white-glove service that includes room-of-choice delivery, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials for a flat fee.
What is your return policy for furniture?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our logistics partner's portal to monitor your delivery progress.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All Furniture One products include a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. Extended protection plans for spills and accidental damage are available at checkout.
Can I request fabric or wood finish samples?
Absolutely. We offer up to five free swatches so you can see and feel the materials in your own home before making a final decision.
